CTCSOL Certificate
Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages — the nationally recognized qualification for teaching Chinese to non-native speakers.

Hi, I’m Mandy
Hi, I'm Mandy, a native Chinese speaker born and raised in Guangdong, China.
My native languages are Mandarin and Cantonese. Since I grew up using both, I can help you learn Mandarin in a clear and natural way. And if you're interested in Cantonese, I'd be more than happy to help with that as well.
Clear. Natural. Practical Chinese for real life.
Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages — the nationally recognized qualification for teaching Chinese to non-native speakers.
A national Mandarin proficiency certificate obtained during university studies, as required by my major.
Two native languages taught clearly and naturally.

Local insight
I am currently based in Guangzhou and Foshan. These two cities are at the heart of the Pearl River Delta — one of the most dynamic economic zones in China. Guangzhou is a historic international trading hub, famous for its large import and export markets like the Canton Fair. Foshan, right next door, is known for its strong manufacturing industries, including furniture, ceramics, home goods, and more. Living here gives me direct insight into how trade and production work in real life.
Some of my family members have been working in the garment and luggage industries for years. Because of that, I've picked up practical knowledge about materials, production, and business communication in these fields. If you work in textiles, bags, or related businesses and need help with industry-specific Chinese, I would be truly glad to support you.
Teaching experience
In the past six years, teaching Chinese has been far more than my profession — it is my passion. With over 5,000 hours of instruction time, my goal has always been to guide students from confusion to confidence, helping them unlock the beauty and logic of the language.
It truly makes me happy to help my students improve their Chinese, so they can feel more at ease living in China, open the door to better career opportunities, and be considered for more roles that value their Chinese language skills.

I truly enjoy teaching Chinese, and I am also excited to extend this passion beyond the classroom — into personalized lessons that fit your goals, your pace, and your real-life needs.
