Hi! I'm Mandy, a Certified Chinese teacher (with CTCSOL certificate) with 6 years of experience and over 5,000 hours of instruction time, and I create videos and podcasts for Chinese learners. Based on my content, I've also created supporting learning materials — all of which you can find on my website homepage.
These materials include the transcripts of my videos and podcasts, word lists, slides, Hanzi practice sheets, homework, etc. You can use them to study on your own or practice with a language partner — as long as it helps you improve. And if you need my personal guidance, I also offer one-on-one learning support.

In my 6 years of teaching, I've noticed that my best students are also the best self-learners. They focus during class — and they keep practicing on their own afterward. Self-learners are amazing at finding resources. But what they often lack is feedback. And that's the missing piece I want to give you. I'm not here to replace your self-study — I'm here to support it. Think of me as your backup, your guide, and your personal coach. Someone who can spot the small mistakes you might miss and help you sound more natural.
In the past few years, with the rise of AI, a good self-learner can become even better with AI's help. But the ultimate goal of language learning is still to communicate with real people. So you still need human interaction — and that's where I come in. And here's why I create these materials and homework:
